Lava M23 Review

Lava International Ltd. has released in the reputed music series “Lava M 23”, a Dual SIM mobile phone of operating frequency GSM 900 / 1800 MHz for the music lovers. The phone has great audio clarity along with a 3.5mm universal audio jack for enhanced clarity and connection to almost all large speakers.

This phone has 2.2 inches TFT display with  65k color support and screen resolution of 176X220 pixels to enable users to watch videos with great clarity. Lava M23 has a built in MP3 player. The music formats compatible with this handset are MP3, MIDI, AMR, WAV, AAC with Rewind and Forwarding options. Another special feature is that the music can be enjoyed with visualizations in this handset just as in a traditional music player on Windows. The mode of messaging is through SMS and MMS. The small internal memory is complimented by an external memory slot of T-Flash card that is expandable up to 8 GB to store up to 1600 songs. M23 supports MP4 and 3GP videos to enjoy video playback. A 1.3 MP digital VGA camera with the capacity to take snaps of 1280*1024 pixels has been included in the phone. The phone also features a FM radio with FM recording. Connectivity is enabled by WAP browser, GPRS and Bluetooth of A2DP. Optional Hindi language support is also available.

The 850mAh battery provides extended talk time up to 5 – 6. The stand by time is up to 8days. Another interesting feature is the dual batteries provided for extra long talktime

Lava KKT23c Review

The Lava KKT23c with a 1.8″ TFT 65k color display Screen of resolution 128*160pixels is a single SIM CDMA phone. The phone is supported on Dual Band network. It is available in trendy black color.

The Lava KKT23c is crafted with exciting music options to keep the users entertained. Its most accredited feature is its one touch music player option which is not available in Lava KKT24 or Lava KKT34. The handset supports music formats like MP3, MIDI, AMR and WAV with an advanced option of Rewind and Forward. In addition to this, its wireless Twin speaker FM radio with FM recording make this model a handy music phone. Coming to its camera features, Lava KKT23c consists of an efficient 0.3 mega pixel VGA camera with an image resolution of 640×480 pixels. Lava KKT 34 Review

Lava KKT34 is a  dual candy bar SIM phone with Dual standby from the major Indian mobile manufacturing firm Lava International was released with an intention to enchant the cell phone freaks. Intended to equip all the features within a small budget, this phone was crafted carefully.

The Lava KKT 34, candy bar model, boasts of a very large 2.4 inches screen with a 65k color display of 176×220 pixel resolution. The dual SIM and dual standby mode offered is an attraction. It functions at a frequency of GSM 900 / 1800 MHz. The handset has a Digital VGA camera of resolution 640.0 X 480.0 Pixels with a digital zoom that is capable of capturing all your special moments in form of good quality images. The Video player enables play back of 3GP format. A 1000 contact large phone book with backup option is available. A Large memory is dedicated to store 500 SMS. Internal memory of 8MB along with an external memory extendable up to 4GB by T-Flash Card is enabled so that you never run short of memory to store all your important data in it. Loud music player that supports MP3, MIDI, AMR, WAV with Rewind and Forwarding features though the Twin Speakers, FM Radio with Recording, Ring tones of multiple formats are accepted by the phone. Connectivity through Bluetooth, WAP browser and GPRS is available. Other handy features of the mobile include 2 LED Torch, Privacy Protection, Mobile Tracker, Conference call facility, Indian Calendar, E-book reading Hidden SMS feature, Call Recording, Speed Dialing, Hindi Language etc.

The heavy duty Li-Ion Battery 1800 mAH has a talktime of 12 hours and a standby time of 30days. Though games are enabled but Java isn’t available.

 

Lava KKT24 plus Review

Lava International has included yet another phone in the KKT series. With the success it has achieved with the previous model, KKT22+, KKT24+ has been launched in a view to satisfy the major requirements the customers demanded. These minor changes incorporated into the KKT22+ gave rise to KKT24+.

This phone features Dual SIM – Dual Band (900/1800 MHz) with dual standby for people who use more than one SIM. This handy mobile has a 2 inch TFT display screen with a resolution of 128x600pixels. The mode of messaging is through SMS, MMS and also through E-mails, where as its twin sister KKT24 lacks this E-mail messaging mode. It also features a 0.3 MP digital VGA camera of resolution1280.0 X 1024.0 Pixels, FM radio with recording where the recorded tunes can be used as ring tones, music player with a dedicated button and video player, Bluetooth, torch light with twin LED that has a special dedicated key and micro SD card slot with up to 8GB capacity to enjoy the fun of more than 1600 songs and many videos.

Many other minor applications like WAP browser, GPRS connectivity, Dual Charging Points, Dual Speakers, 3D & Surround sound, Conversation recorder, auto call limit, Voice recorder, 1000 entries Large phonebook etc makes this model, highly efficient phone. The battery used is Li-Ion1500mAh with a standby time of Up To 10 Hours and an amazing talk time of up to 400 Hours. This mobile phone from Lava is surely a complete package and once you have the mobile, you’re sure to be obsessed with it.

 

 

 

Lava B5 Review

Lava international’s new launch is its B5. It is launched in two variants i.e. B5 Alpha and B5 QWERTY. Both the models are very much similar except for their keypads. In Alpha keypad, alphabets are arranged in sequence, where as in QWERTY keypad the arrangement of alphabets is similar to that of a computer keyboard. The dimensions of the phone are 107.8 X 63 X 12.75 mm and weighs only 109grams. Like B2, B5 is also a Dual SIM mobile with GSM 900 / 1800 MHz | GSM 900 / 1800 MHz operating frequency.

Like B2, B5 model also has 2.2 inches color display screen but with a higher resolution of 320X240 pixels. The mode of messaging is through SMS, MMS and also E-mails. The mobile has camera of 2 MP with an excellent resolution of 1600.0 X 1200.0 Pixels. It also has a video player supported by formats such as 3GP, AVI and MP4 enabling us to record our wonderful moments. Coming to its music options, it has a FM radio with FM recording along with an audio jack. It also has an audio player with audio recording supported by formats like MP3, MIDI and AMR. Data transfer is allowed through a USB port. It uses a WAP 2.0/Opera Mini Web browser (Face book, Orkut Etc). The handset has a fantastic memory option with dual memory card slots expandable up to 8 GB. The other handy features includes Indian Calendar, Auto answer, conference call & auto redial , Privacy protection, PC Suite etc.The battery used is Li-Ion 1400 mAh.

 

Lava B2 review

The all new exciting Lava B series phones have hit the market. Lava B2 is released in two variants i.e. Lava B2 Alpha and Lava B2 Qwerty. Both the models are very much similar except for their keypads. B2 also has a video player which is supported by 3GP video format. Coming to its music features, it has a wireless FM Radio with FM recording. The audio player, with its dual speakers gives extra sound effects. The music player supports formats like MP3 and AMR and can also record sound. The most enhancing feature of this model in contrast to Lava B5 is its memory card option. The handset has dual memory card slots supported by micro SD card, expandable up to 4 GB. Other handy features of the model include Twin LED Torch, Privacy protection, Indian Calendar, Hindi display, Mobile Tracker, E-book reading, Conference call and auto redial, Flight Mode etc. The battery used is Li-Ion 1800mAh. Thus B2 can be called as a dynamic model launched by Lava.    

 

Lava KKT32 Review

The Lava KKT  32 is a multimedia phone which has a dual SIM GSM facility. The Dual speakers and sub –woofers indicate a promising musical experience. Other features like a 2MP camera, Bluetooth, FM radio mobile trackers are some of the features that make this low-end phone worth a buy.  The micro SD memory card type supports expandable memory of a massive 8 GB.

This handset is convenient to hold and has an attractive display of 2.4 inches that offers display of 240×320 pixels and 5 way navigation controls. This phone is basically a music phone which supports formats like MP3, MP4, MIDI, AMR and WAV. The one touch audio and video player adds to the convenience.

The 2 MP camera has a breathtaking resolution of 1600×1200 pixels in addition to video recording capacity. The battery proves magnificent by giving a stand by performance of 240 hours and a talk time performance of 6 hours. The phone also supports 2G network which is in the configuration of GSM 900 / 1800. It has a built-in browser in the configuration of WAP 2.0

However the absence of 3G, infrared and Wi-Fi contribute to the cons of the phone. But overall the speedy and efficient input system, the dual SIM facility, and the mobile tracker definitely outweighs the cons.

Lava KKT26 Review

 The Lava KKT26 from Lava International group is a GSM dual SIM phone with outstanding features. The candy bar shaped handset is conveniently sized 2.2 inches with a TFT display containing 65k colors. The display is quite attractive having a resolution of 176×220 pixels. Other features like the mobile tracker, LED torch, and answering machine give it an edge over other phones in the similar range. The Indian calendar and Hindi language support makes this phone ideal for the Indian market. Multimedia features leave nothing to complain about with a stereo FM, mp3 player which supports the mp3, MIDI, AMR and WAV formats as well as an mp4 player. Music lovers can listen to music wireless via a 3.5 mm audio jack, definitely a trump card for this phone. A 2MP camera which covers resolution of up to 1600×1200 pixels and the video recording feature is also present. The card slot is microSD expandable up to 8GB which provides the user ample space for storage of his favorite music, images and video clippings. Battery time in the Lava KKT26 is improved over the lava KKT 32 with stand by performance of up to 400 hours and talk time of 8.5 hours.  The Lava KKT26 supports 2G network which is in the configuration of GSM 900 / 1800. Other than the lack of 3G, this phone is a safe bet for prospective buyers.
